The NACFB was formed in 1992 as a specialist trade body for the commercial finance sector. The association provides guidance to its members on matters of best practice and training whilst looking to enhance and improve professional standards, service levels, and the competency of all commercial intermediaries.

 

At Clarity Investments Ltd we have adopted the NACFB code of practice as an integral part of our business processes and procedures. We comply with its Code of Practice and have fully implemented processes to comply with the NACFB’s Complaints and Disciplinary Proceedings.

As a member of the NACFB, we have access to the most comprehensive resources available to the commercial finance industry. More than 50 national and international financial institutions including high street banks, Building Societies, Lessors, Factors and niche lenders currently support the NACFB’s Code of Practice and offer a comprehensive range of products to members’ clients.
